We are mental, physical, and spiritual beings. Neglecting any one of these leaves us less that we can be, and unbalanced. Some ways to be spiritual include:
- a kind act for anyone
- listening intently to a friend
- reading a book that encourages and uplifts
- joining with others in worship
- meditating
- silence in the midst of nature.
