How deep do your roots go? What are you doing to nourish them? Set aside some time each day to reflect, journal, read something inspirational, or meditate.
How high do your branches reach? If the sky is the limit, there is a lot of room for growth and development. Do something different today. . .get out of your rut.

This is the first time I have ever visited the Procovery sites. I especially enjoyed your post and pic titled "One Tree Hill". I have always loved trees and recently, while sharing in a Procovery Circle, used a tree analogy to discribe my growth during my personal procovery journey.
